MAY 9, 2026 - - - On Friday night, May 8, the Mars Racing team made the short drive to Red Cedar Speedway in Menomonie, Wisconsin for a weekly Late Model showdown. Sam Mars improved two spots to finish second in his heat race and later rolled off from the inside of the fourth row in the $1,000 to win main event. Sammy then charged past a handful of competitors during the 20-lap WISSOTA Late Model contest to land in the runner-up position behind only victor Ashley Anderson!
