JUNE 27, 2026 - - - The Mars Racing team and driver Sam Mars traveled to three different venues in Minnesota and North Dakota from June 22-26 to compete in a trio of World of Outlaws Late Model Series programs. Sam had his best effort on Wednesday night at I-94 EMR Speedway in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. After timing in fifth quickest in Group B during qualifying, Sam ran third in his heat race before starting and finishing tenth in the $12,000 to win main event.
On Monday at Ogilvie Raceway in Ogilvie, Minnesota with another $12,000 payday up for grabs, Sam placed seventh in his heat race, sixth in the B-Main, and thirteenth in the 40-lap feature event. With a $15,000 top prize on the line on Friday evening at River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks, North Dakota, Sam turned the fastest lap in Group A during qualifying, won his heat race, and later finished fourteenth in the final rundown of the 40-lapper.
