APRIL 17, 2026 - - - For the first time since Central Arizona Raceway in mid-January, the Mars Racing team hit the track again on Thursday night, April 16 at the renowned Cedar Lake Speedway. Due to inclement weather, the three-day ‘Legendary’ weekend was condensed into a single show on Thursday.
Sam Mars ran second in his heat race behind only Amelia Eisenschenk and later started the 20-lap main event from the outside of the front row. The Menomonie, Wisconsin ace then beat the 14-car field to the checkered flag in the headliner to secure his first triumph of the young 2026 campaign. Sammy claimed a $1,500 payday over runner-up Cade Nelson, Cory Bruggeman, Laela Eisenschenk, and Cole Searing!
