MAY 24, 2025 - - - Sammy Mars and Mars Racing made the short trek to Red Cedar Speedway in Menomonie, Wisconsin for the first time in 2025 on Friday night, May 23. A weekly Late Model event took place last evening and a $1,000 winner’s check was on the line.
Sammy won his heat race during preliminary action and later redrew the eighth starting spot for the 20-lap main event. On a one-lane track around the bottom, Sammy slipped back a spot during the contest and eventually wound up ninth in the final finishing order.
